I've been sick for a couple of days. I'm rarely sick, so I'm not a good patient. I've been running a fever, and coughing like crazy -- basically feeling lousy. Yesterday was the first time in 21 years of ministry that I missed a preaching assignment due to illness. My good friend Mark Christian pinch-hit for me in the GLCC Chapel.Things aren't looking too good for tonight's service at Cedar Creek. I'm still running a fever. Probably the most loving thing I could do for my church family is to stay away from them.
